Through Presbyterian Disaster Assistance, Morning Star Presbyterian Church in Bayville is hosting volunteers in response to October 2012’s Hurricane Sandy.  Help is needed with cleanup of homes, home sites, and local churches and with general home repairs and rebuilding.

Potomac Presbyterian Church 2014 Annual Mission Trip to Bayview, NJ

Each summer, youth and adults from PPC are invited on a week-long mission trip to an area in need. Each trip is enriching in its own way. We always learn more about our brothers and sisters in need, but most often, we come to a deeper understanding of how God is at work in the world and how we can follow Christ more faithfully. In 2013, we traveled to Hazard, Kentucky, to conduct home repairs for disadvantaged residents. This summer, June 14-21, we are traveling to Bayville, New Jersey, to assist with ongoing Hurricane Sandy recovery efforts.
